Dr. Whelan may be competent, but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. Communication is not good regarding implant procedures, and now, while waiting several months for my implant, the screw ("post") he implanted that is supposed to attach to the crown came out while eating, and despite emails and phone messages regarding what I am supposed to do, it is now the next day and no return call (though this could be seen as a dental emergency). His office apparently is quick to collect fees but slow to respond to patients' needs. ... read more

This office is a fraud. Dr Whelan had his license revoked. They take your money and they do not do the work. They are being investigated as we speak. We paid them 3,950 for implants and we got NOTHING. Please check the Dental Board. They are a fraud. The doctor had no injury. They are crooks. I have been trying to contact them for three months and they are closed.
Sooo I guess this place just stole people's money? Have been trying to call them for a month and nobody answers.
Paid for services and only part of the procedure was completed now no one answers the phone and offices are closed.
