Absolutely terrible. I made an appointment to get my electric vehicle updated and to have a couple of issues inspected. I went all the way over there on my day off to have the service advisor tell me they don't have anyone that can service my vehicle, it would take several days and they have zero loaners. Why did you let me schedule service for my EV when you only have a guy doing oil changes there? And the guy was not apologetic in the least.
