Despite explicitly stating I did not want any extra services, THEY SNEAKILY ADDED AN ALMOST $4,000 PROTECTION PLAN TO MY FINANCING AGREEMENT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Worst customer service and support. Calls are returned with a attitude. Things completely changed once they have your money! I discovered upon investigation on how many complaints are on this dealership. They have lost a great customer with excellent credit and cash buying power. Obviously they don't care. I don't think they will be around too much longer.
Made an agreement on a vehicle. When I returned with the cashiers check they changed the condition of the sale. Used the excuse of 9/11 to demand more steps in order to make the sale. When I refused they told me that they would hold the vehicle until the CASHIERS CHECK cleared. A cashiers check is the same as cash.
