I bought a used car and a lot of the trimming came loose. They refused to fix it because they didn’t make any ”promises”. Even though we got the full warranty. We had a lot of trouble reaching them for basic information about the car. If you do buy a car from here Make sure you get it on paper that if anything is wrong with the car you can bring it back and they will fix it.
Terrible experience at this dealership. I visited to purchase a car for my daughter and explicitly requested quotes for both financing and leasing. I was told to wait a moment, but the wait extended over 50 minutes. When they finally returned, they only provided a quote for a purchase, completely neglecting my request for a lease quote.
