This is a nice dealership, and both the salesperson and the manager I dealt with were very friendly and professional. I don’t think you’ll have a bad experience walking into the showroom. The reason I’m giving three stars is simply the pricing. In my opinion, their Raptor pricing seems disconnected from the current market. At the time I was shopping, Ranger Raptors here were priced around $7,500 over MSRP, while regular F-150 Raptors were around $5,000 over MSRP. I didn’t check their pricing on a Raptor R. I chose Tustin Hyundai based on Costco auto pricing referral and online shopping for best price, then Scott worked the details and got the Palisade SEL trim my wife wanted, all before I visited the dealership.
