Very good! We bought the kayak rental and shuttle package. We launched at the confluence of two rivers and did a beginner level float. He briefed us on the length and landmarks of the trip as well as any potential dangers. The whole time being very polite and patient, answering any questions we had. The trip itself was a blast! There was a perfect mix of flat water as well as riffles and runs to navigate. The scenery was beautiful and quiet, we only saw a few people the whole time. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. As a first-time kayak buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns that they addressed.
