Overdue review. I wouldn't recommend this place for group rentals for places out of Bellefonte. Paid full price for a rental and the guy who dropped off the stuff just left and didn't help unload. Life jackets were wet and old. Not a good look. Try to be like Blue mountain outfitters in Marysville PA. They are more helpful and have better stuff.
Great place to rent an inner tube to use for floating down local rivers. Tussey Mountain Outfitters lies along Spring Creek and it’s about an hour floating down to Milesburg. Lots and lots of outdoor equipment on sale (and Purple Lizard Maps). Usually a very mellow dog is in the store.
Bart and Bryce are down to earth funny people. Dog friendly establishment. Clean educational and affordable. Super cool pond made from a canoe.
Friendly staff! Great service and clear instructions, had a great time kayaking down the river.
