She is always so patient and understanding with my parents, even though they can be a bit slow at times when it comes to appointments or paperwork. I am very happy with my Dr Richard Taverner who is excellent but today I couldn’t get a phone appointment with him and was given another Dr. All i needed was a prescription for my blood thinners.The whole phone consult was a fraction under 1minute and I was charged $34.36 which normally I get on Medicare NOT THIS TIME had to pay a gap for that 1 minute consultation.Was totally ripped off.Have noticed since the practise has changed hands service had deteriorated.Being a pensioner is a battle and things like today make it hard... read more
I just came back from the clinic. They always leave some places for urgent needs who want to book an appointment on the day. Very family friendly. Have a toy box for kids to play. Receptionist is responsible and friendly, the nurses are great and doctors are always brilliant. I booked them randomly coz every time is quite urgent. Thank you all
You can clearly see that this practice has been taken over. Reception service is awful. Dr service is okay receptionist doesn’t return phone calls rude to deal with generally hopeless not the Irish one.. I think you can work the rest out from there services gone, terribly downhill. I’ve noticed that the male and female Indian that work together, spend more time laughing and joking than answering the phone - just awful. No email contact the list goes on..
