I called to get emergency care for a sick puppy. They told me it would $200 just to look at him and if I didn't have that don't even bother coming in. Then the vet told me to euthanize the dog myself. No compassion empathy or assistance. This puppy was left on my porch. If I had the money I would have gladly paid but am barely getting by. Still think every life should be treated special and not just deleted because of illness whether it's human or animal. Dr. Tucker and Brandon provided exceptional care for our basset hound, Pepper. They were thorough, kept me informed throughout the process, and showed great compassion. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for all our veterinary needs.
I am eternally grateful to Dr. Thompson and the entire Tuskegee Veterinarian team. I will never have the words to express my gratitude, but I am so thankful I chose Tuskegee Veterinary Teaching Hospital to operate on my dog. Dr. Thompson did not give up on Nina and went above and beyond to give her the best care possible. They communicated perfectly, answered all of my questions, and from the beginning have been very upfront about the entire process. Thank you all so so much!
This is an wonderful Veternarian school. The doctors were able figure out what was wrong with my dog when no one else could. I am very grateful to this institution for my dog’s care.
