I cannot recommend Dr. Naseer enough! I had severe anxiety about getting my wisdom teeth extracted, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel safe and cared for. Would literally recommend anywhere else. The woman at the desk was friendly, but my dental assistant was pretty offputting and the provider was rushed and provided a painful cleaning. When I advised at her the automatic machine was painful she blamed the machine and when I told her that I would like to opt out of this part of the exam only then did she offer to complete a manual cleaning. Dentist (she didn’t introduce herself, so I don’t know her name) walked in and told my wife that she was resigning. Then, the dentist proceeded to cut up my wife’s gums during would should have been a normal dental cleaning. It was painful and her mouth is still bleeding 10 minutes later. I’m furious that your dentist treated my wife this way. There’s no excuse for this. You should send this dentist home now before she does this to more of your patients. I drove an hour to bring my child here for a service listed on their website, when I arrived to my appointment they told me the pediatric dentist is gone and they've never heard of the service I asked about. When I showed them the website that claims they perform that service I was told, "we need to take that off our website." Everyone was friendly but unfortunately it was a super disappointing visit and the website is not accurate. I would call and verify any services before making an appointment and risk disappointment.
