We blew a trailer tire about 15 miles south of Scipio and got the spare on but weren’t sure whether it had sufficient pressure to make it home over 100 miles further. We stopped here to have them check for us and the guy that helped us was an absolute sweetheart. He gave us some options for replacements, as the brand we had was terrible and we were worried we would blow another one soon. Our camper threw a tire, all lug bolts sheared off. They came and fixed it up and we got back on the road. We were out in the middle of nowhere and he came and took care of us on a late Sunday afternoon. Appreciate the service and care. Thank you

When broken parts were found on our camper, I knew their fix was top dollar, but we agreed. $1000 in parts, $3100 charge, took 2 hours, but we agreed. My anger is them refusing to get back with me so that I could file with my extended warranty. Repeated requests, but no response. They ride around on a golf cart looking for problems, glad they saw our problem, but they obviously know that ext warranty companies would see their charges as outrageous.
