If I could give 0 stars I would. A driver crashed into a pole across the street. Lines were not broken or anything major. Just the pole itself. Why in the absolute hellfire has power been out for 5 hours for this with absolutely NO updates?? It’s HOT. If your technicians are going to ride their overtime clock, then at least reroute the power so we the people are not sitting here suffering. I have asthma. I cannot breathe in my house. This place is not run like the other places I lived. They act like someone is crazy for asking something that they should know since they are employed there.
We live in Valdosta and haven't had power in 33 hours. Lines coming up old Lee hwy from the small bridge on hook Street have not been touched. We are freezing and have pets.
