This place is not run like the other places I lived. They act like someone is crazy for asking something that they should know since they are employed there.
We live in Valdosta and haven't had power in 33 hours. Lines coming up old Lee hwy from the small bridge on hook Street have not been touched. We are freezing and have pets.
My gas furnace has been broken for the last 18 months, and I had two license HVAC companies come out too look at it and both determine that the unit was totally worthless a new one is needed. estimates of 9000.00 for everything. The breaker was shut off, the gas line in my basement was shut off.
