They take a long time, but their products are amazing!
Update: Just received reply from this business, 10 months after my original post. The girl did not instruct me to send any photos. She did continually tell me the guy who handled this was working out of town. See other reviews of this business. My review is similar to several other reviews. Others seemingly have had the same experience. I had my mailbox repaired at another place. The repair when returned to me was better than the original mailbox. very poor customer service. I was ready to place an order to the likes of $100,000. It would’ve been first of many orders for a high-end successful garden centre in Toronto. I spoke back and forth to Devin and Bobby for a month and then they ghosted me! I tried to contact them many times over a month and a half period. No replies to my emails, no answers to my calls. I found another foundry in the states with whom I’ve placed and received my orders with. Do not trust Tuscumbia to get back to you.
We ordered two street lights on 11/3/22. Same story as everyone else’s review. We have heard so many lies; everything from the foundry they order the lights from shut down and is not open, to they can make them, order has been shipped, can’t find order, order is on a ship in the ocean, order has positively arrived at warehouse and will be shipped this week, cannot find order, will have manager call you back, manager is gone will be back in 30 minutes, unpacked order in warehouse today, order has not arrived it yet we thought... read more
