It took a while to get in touch with them, but once they responded, Rob was very nice and placed my order for me and shipped right away.
Update: Just received reply from this business, 10 months after my original post. The girl did not instruct me to send any photos. She did continually tell me the guy who handled this was working out of town. See other reviews of this business. My review is similar to several other reviews. Others seemingly have had the same experience. I had my mailbox repaired at another place. The repair when returned to me was better than the original mailbox. very poor customer service.
