Among the many facilities in the Naples area, Tuscany Heights shines of its own lights, thanks to its phenomenal Staff, its subdued elegance and gracious, happy atmosphere. I recently toured Tuscany for my mother. Although she is not ready yet, I absolutely loved it. The staff and residents were all out and about enjoying the amenities and activities. Chair exercise was going on and am told they have that daily, which I know mom would enjoy. I especially loved the dining room that overlooks the outdoor pool.
Wonderful place with very polite personal, very clean, very, very nice.
My mother moved to Tuscany Heights in March 2026 from another facility. The move to Tuscany has been everything we hoped it would be for her. She has adjusted well thanks to the supportive staff. We, her family, would like to express our extreme gratitude to the staff for their gracious assistance in helping us get Mom settled in all aspects of assisted living.
Upon entering Tuscany Heights I knew I had found a clean, safe and friendly caring staff that would be willing to help look after my mom. On the tour Colleen explained everything from dining, nursing, activities, room options and expenses at Tuscany Heights along with answering all of my questions concerning the facility.
