My grandfather is a resident here, and the staff and other residents are amazing except the night staff that sit by the doors to let you in and out after hours. It is abolutwly astonishing how rude they have been both evenings I was visiting.

My parents moved into Tuscany Villa in September of last year and we have been so impressed with how hands on the staff is! The activities director- Christine is amazing and makes everyday fun for the residents. You will always see Executive director Carla, Colleen in sales and Olga in accounting helping at events, assisting the residents- very hands on. My mother has been a resident at Tuscany Villa for the last four months. I have gone to visit her almost every day and some times twice a day so I see first hand the excellent service Tuscany Villa is providing. My mom was welcomed by all of the staff and the residents. She has made so many friends! My mother lost her sight a year ago. When she came to Tuscany, the staff asked and learned how they could best meet my mother's needs at meals & transiting.
