Last April my elderly uncle’s wife abandoned him and flew back to her home in Mexico, leaving me and his much older 94 year old sister to care for him. Among the many facilities in the Naples area, Tuscany Heights shines of its own lights, thanks to its phenomenal Staff, its subdued elegance and gracious, happy atmosphere. Among all the people I had the pleasure of dealing with, Mrs. Colleen Long stands out. She truly shows her dedication, passion for seniors and care for people's happpiness. I recently toured Tuscany for my mother. Although she is not ready yet, I absolutely loved it. The staff and residents were all out and about enjoying the amenities and activities. Chair exercise was going on and am told they have that daily, which I know mom would enjoy. I especially loved the dining room that overlooks the outdoor pool.
Wonderful place with very polite personal, very clean, very, very nice.
My mother moved to Tuscany Heights in March 2026 from another facility. The move to Tuscany has been everything we hoped it would be for her. She has adjusted well thanks to the supportive staff. We, her family, would like to express our extreme gratitude to the staff for their gracious assistance in helping us get Mom settled in all aspects of assisted living.
