The guards can be quite rude and dismissive when speaking to people over the phone, yet I’ve personally witnessed them being overly friendly and flirty with the receptionist. The difference in how they treat people is very noticeable and comes across as unprofessional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.
