Roach invested . Management does not care. Over heard them saying “ residents are getting used to them”. Worse place to live . Do not move here . Broken sprinkler heads flooding walkways . Again spoke with management they do not care.

I moved into my apartment complex @ Tuscany Palms 08/23/19 address *** * ******* **** *** ******* *****.. Worst decision I ever made in my life.9/18/2019 Two weeks after I moved in I spotted 4-5 LIVE roaches in my KITCHEN DRAWER!! I contacted my leasing office the had an exterminator come out and spray. A couple weeks later I seen more Roaches!! I thought I had to let the chemicals sit to kill them all. I have vacuumed four more roaches at that time and found 3-4 in my refrigerator and freezer!! I have been a tenant at Tuscany Palms for the past 15 months. During that time I have experienced numerous floods, roach infestations, and problems with management. During the month of August, I experienced two major sewage floods that saturated the flooring the my entire apartment. Management did not take proper measures to rectify this category 3 flood (black water) and therefore I have not been able to live in my apartment for over a month, due to it being a serious health hazard.
