Roach invested . Management does not care. Over heard them saying “ residents are getting used to them”. Worse place to live . Do not move here . Broken sprinkler heads flooding walkways . Again spoke with management they do not care.
I moved into my apartment complex @ Tuscany Palms 08/23/19 address *** * ******* **** *** ******* *****.. Worst decision I ever made in my life.9/18/2019 Two weeks after I moved in I spotted 4-5 LIVE roaches in my KITCHEN DRAWER!! I contacted my leasing office the had an exterminator come out and spray. I have been a tenant at Tuscany Palms for the past 15 months. During that time I have experienced numerous floods, roach infestations, and problems with management. During the month of August, I experienced two major sewage floods that saturated the flooring the my entire apartment. Management did not take proper measures to rectify this category 3 flood (black water) and therefore I have not been able to live in my apartment for over a month, due to it being a serious health hazard. Disgusting place to live !!!!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! My and a friend's(who was only over a couple of hours)car was broken into and robed. We are not the only ones either. I have hear from other residence that they have also had things stolen And even my clothes was stolen and when I informed the management they said "there is nothing we can do." So basically we pay rent for nothing. They cannot even provide us with safety!!! Honestly the apartments are not even worth the risk of living here.
