Horribly disappointed. My mother recently passed away, I tried repeatedly to book a reservation with this establishment. My phone call was returned one time. I called several more and stopped by to no avail. It is unfortunate that Inverness is so limited with choices. I have decided not to have a celebration of life luncheon for my mother because I cannot seem to book it in this little town. Scheduled an event that we had to cancel due to COVID. They agreed to refund our $500 deposit. 2 years later, we still have not received our money back after we were advised a year ago they had a refund check and were mailing it out the next day. Filed a BBB complaint, they were sent 2 notices and didn't respond to either.
Ann Marie made sure everything was ready to go on time for our wedding and coordinated with her staff to serve and prep the whole venue on the day. The food was excellent and got so many compliments!! The hotel that the venue is connected to had a lot of new staff and there was a lot of confusion with room blocks and reservations- but that is all unrelated to Tuscany!!
Worst dinner ever. Will never return or use your facility.
