Awesome service, great food, in a good family atmosphere. I’m not often impressed by Italian restaurants in the Triad, but this one definitely will be a return trip for me.

I get the same thing every time (haha) but the chicken broc alfredo is TO DIE FOR. We love their food and that the entree comes with salad & breadsticks!
If I could give Tuscany Grille ten stars I would!! To start off with the place is super inviting and family oriented. The server was absolutely amazing with my daughter and listened to her intently while she ordered! She offered helpful and honest suggestions when it came to the menu and helped us all find something we would love! The broccoli cheddar soup was to die for and I was jealous I got a salad instead even though the salad was amazing as well!
