When my grandmother first arrived, they didn’t have her medication. The nurses argued with her rather than reassuring her that everything would be sorted out. On several occasions, I’ve received calls from my grandmother that she’s requested to be changed & has had to wait for hours for assistance, which has led to her being sore & chafed. RecommendedQuality care & quality staff. Great to have an easily accessible snack bar too.
My mom was a resident for two and a half years the staff was great to her and my dad. I couldn't have asked for a better place for her to have spent her last year's. Thank you Tuscany Gardens staff for all that you have done for my mom and her family. Keep up the great work you all are doing a absolutely great deed. Both of my parents were cared for here. My dad short term. My mother was cared for there over a year until she passed. Very nice staff.
I really like Tuscany Gardens. My Mom has been there a couple years now.
Best Rehab around! The Staff was so friendly and accommodating. I really didn't want to leave went I did but insurance dictates everything.
Some of the nurses and aides are very caring. They are not paid enough. The management is not top notch. I contribute the death of my Mother to Tuscany Gardens.
