Not quite sure how this place has five stars but the gentleman we spoke to was extremely rude and condescending. There appears to be a huge lack of decorum with the customer service

Follow up as of 3/9/26- When I finally received the full order, I received the wrong door. I received a linear door instead of a bifold door. The owner (Jim) stated he would not fix the issue unless I removed this one-star rating and paid him the remaining balance. Why would I pay him any more money after this horrible experience and not having the correct door? My issue is still not fixed and I will need to purchase a whole new door from a different vendor. Honestly, one of the worst transactions I’ve ever made. As a contractor, this is possibly the most unprofessional company I’ve worked with. They lied about my delivery date over and over and then they sent me the wrong doors just because I was asking for them based on their delivery date. The owner admitted he sent different doors because they didn’t have mine. Over 15k for 4 doors and got lied to and disrespected. Horrible customer service.
WILL UPDATE IF RESOLVED. Super disappointed currently. Ordered 4 bifold windows for over $18,000. 2 size 72x48 and 2 size 96x48. The 72x48 are wonderful super high quality window but the 96x48 don’t match. The 96 inch windows are poor quality and a completely different brand, design, quality the 96inch don’t have brick molding and the 72 do.
