Since Blackstone purchased the property it has gone downhill with, crime,vandalism, drugs, kids living with grandparents, noise, unsanitary conditions, ( black mold, trash, homeless using pool to bath in etc, ) can’t keep staff and staff that are their are rude and disrespectful, refuse to keep any security. Surveillance camera signs are fake. Will tell you anything to get you to rent then NOTHING NO HELP after you rent. Rates keep rising and elevators are always out of service for weeks or more.
