While there are some drawbacks to living here, there are some excellent advantages for people having a hard time getting approved. They don't actually verify income or do a background check. For people with active warrants or criminal histories, they are very accomodating. The trash area is always a treasure trove for broken couches, dog poop bags, and broken down cars with no registration-. This place was great. Unfortunately, TGM just bought it from Tuscany and made living here totally inconvenient. They killed the Mediterranean style of the complex by removing all the statues and made it looks like almost abandoned. They also took off the online payment portal and convinced the tenants to pay the rent by checks or money orders! Definitely gonna move out :(

Spent a year at the complex .I found it to be well maintained and they have a very good support staff. Nothing to bad to say.
