I have a lot to say about this place, but I'm only going to touch on a couple things to prevent this from being a 5-page essay. I lived here for a year and a half after moving in with my partner who lived here for a total of 4 years. The management over the years has significantly decreased in quality in the time I lived here, and certainly since my partner moved in 4 years ago. I have lived at Tuscany for six years. Over the last six years there has been a steady decline in management and definitely in maintenance. Have they had to fix my dryer three times in six months? Yes. Does my garage door only work when it feels like it? Yes. Do you only get six inches of water in the bottom of your “luxury” tub but they consider it normal?? Also: yes. My wife and I lived at Tuscany for almost two years with our baby before we moved to another state for my work. The neighbors were friendly. Staff and maintenance were good at communicating and quick to fix things for us. The amenities were great, and we will miss the pool. I love that they partnered with Apartment Life to host several events each month for residents. Overall a great place to live.
