New resident here. Love the apartment. management is ok, maintenance team is amazing! However! they had the fire siren going on for 40 WHOLE minutes for inspection for EVERY SINGLE UNIT. I've been living here for a couple months, and here are some of the most obvious cons: 1. In certain apartments here, you will have ZERO cell phone service. Absolutely ZERO. Even if you turn on wifi calling, no one can reach you by phone when you are at home. If you ever expect to live here, and go through important processes such as job interviews, it will NOT work. Not a good management. I applied for an apartment here. Was waiting for their screening and approval to be done. On Monday they sent an email asking for holding deposit and charge my account anyways. On Wednesday I withdrew my application. Now they refuse to refund my deposit, even though the withdrawal was before the 72 hours they mention in their application forms. Conclusion: don't trust them.
