So far, everyone from the leasing office has been extremely kind and attentive. About a week ago I moved into a 1 bd 1 bath unit on the 4th floor, facing the courtyard and I can’t really complain. The unit is very spacious and one thing I really appreciate is that the kitchen is sectioned off from the living room. It’s very quiet in the hallways and I love that packages are brought right to our front door. Parking is included and has a ton of spaces for guests. I’m still fresh here, but my experience so far has been great.
Signed my application a few weeks ago. Overall experience is good. Especially, Angel from the leasing office has been very supportive and thoughtful in the whole process when I asked for assistance for decisions. Pros: the touring room seems clean and facilities are advanced(we haven’t moved in yet). The price is great compared to the market. The apartment is gated so the safety is much guaranteed. Very quite unit, leasing office people are nice and serving efficient. Many Korean restaurants and supermarket.
The units are plagued by a sewege-like, persistent odor. Since the move-in date, it reeked of a moldy, raw sewege like odor, and the hallways are equally foul. Despite repeated complaints, management has been unable to fix the issue or even determine its cause after 6 months. Do not expect any help; they will inexplicably suggest you move to a 'pricier' unit at your own expense, effectively shifting their problem onto you.
I had a very positive experience living at Tuscany Luxury Apartments in Santa Clara and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and convenient place to live.
