The units are plagued by a sewege-like, persistent odor. Since the move-in date, it reeked of a moldy, raw sewege like odor, and the hallways are equally foul. Despite repeated complaints, management has been unable to fix the issue or even determine its cause after 6 months. Do not expect any help; they will inexplicably suggest you move to a 'pricier' unit at your own expense, effectively shifting their problem onto you.
I had a very positive experience living at Tuscany Luxury Apartments in Santa Clara and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and convenient place to live. Review for a 2 Bed 2 Bath apt facing El Camino Real. Pros: - High quality apartment - Wood flooring for the living room and carpets for the bedrooms works well. - Spacious rooms and bathrooms! Closet was super small though. - Most appliances were pretty new. - Hot tub was a huge win!
