List of pros: - 98% of my stay here was problem-free; there were no major issues. - The unit has a legitimate luxury apartment feel with high quality stuff. - At least in my case, Tuscany barely raised rent each year, and if you renew your lease early enough, you get a slight discount that almost or entirely negates the increase.
