Very nice apartment complex and the manager, Carlina was very professional and accommodating. While it wasn’t a good fit for us due to personal reasons, it was a pleasure coming across this place.
Signed my application a few weeks ago. Overall experience is good. Especially, Angel from the leasing office has been very supportive and thoughtful in the whole process when I asked for assistance for decisions. Pros: the touring room seems clean and facilities are advanced(we haven’t moved in yet). The price is great compared to the market. The apartment is gated so the safety is much guaranteed. Cons: the street-facing rooms are bit too noisy while the north faced rooms could have bad natural lighting. So there are only a... read more
So far, everyone from the leasing office has been extremely kind and attentive. About a week ago I moved into a 1 bd 1 bath unit on the 4th floor, facing the courtyard and I can’t really complain. The unit is very spacious and one thing I really appreciate is that the kitchen is sectioned off from the living room. It’s very quiet in the hallways and I love that packages are brought right to our front door. Parking is included and has a ton of spaces for guests. I’m still fresh here, but my experience so far has been great.

Very quite unit, leasing office people are nice and serving efficient. Many Korean restaurants and supermarket.
