My daughter got her first set of dips with tips on Friday, August 7th. They were very pretty, she was happy but as expected they were pricy. By Wednesday, August 12th she lost her whole thumbnail at school. By Tuesday August 18th, she was missing the whole ring finger nail and the dip from her natural pointer finger (the tip stayed). The nails aren't even 2 weeks old. Obviously they weren't prepped correctly if they're just popping off. When she does her little Kiss press on nails, they stay for longer than that. I genuinely had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a nail salon I wanted to try the cat eye nail color and I wanted to do it in a light pink. The guy that I got didn’t know how to do the cat eye and was struggling to do it and had to redo it multiple times until he decided he was gonna pick a different color of cat eye to do on my nails, even though I wanted a light pink instead I was left with a gold. I have been coming to this nail salon since my nail tech moved here. Everyone is very nice. I see Hanna for my dips and gel pedicure and I always leave satisfied and happy. Highly recommended.
