At first I was hesitant to use Tuscan as they are based out of Edmonton and I am in Calgary. Through email and phone calls my mind was put to ease with the professionalism, attentiveness and patience that was shown. I am in the trades myself and am extremely particular. I emailed through measurements and scanned templates of exactly what I wanted. When the fireplace surround arrived I was honestly a little surprised that everything was perfect within 1/32”.
