My wife an I have been having trouble with their customer service and shotty workmanship since they installed our iron entry doors..We recently had the whole handle mechanism loose an fall out with a broke handle knob broke out..last time they came out they stripped the screws an use lock tight to secure the screws in lock set..I've called 5 times since Monday Nov 25..It says we have warranty but still haven't received copy after requesting it 3 times..
