I had my identity stolen and needed to fax documents to the credit bureaus. They were trying to charge $1 per page to fax. Also they made me jump through hoops for a $500 overdraft loan. I'm also very unsatisfied with the lack of diversity in each location. They only have one black person working there. Lastly they only have 3 locations! I have taken every penny out of my account and switched banks.
Put my deposited check in WRONG ACCOUNT. Never would have known they messed up if I hadn't called to inquire because when I deposited it, deposit slip and teller said some of my check would show up on Monday. Because of THEIR mistake, it didn't and didn't show up until next day. Told them I was trying to purchase train ticket RIGHT THEN which had been $268 the entire weekend but was only $134 at that moment. By the time my funds show up, ticket will be $268 again.
