Website says open mon-sat with notary services available. I called on a sat, no one picked but got a call back immediately, which was nice. However, lady was short and unmannerly. She wasn't rude, but she was not inviting at all. When asked for services, she simply said, "No, but thank you," in that "fake nice" manner I have grown to know from these parts. I would not do business here. Taxes or otherwise.
Rated 5 stars because ZERO stars is not an option. Good thing I wasn't being hauled off to IRS jail since It's been over 2 weeks and still no return call. I called the Tuscaloosa Tax Pro office in October '21 to have 2 years taxes done along with checking over returns for the last 5 years. The lady that answered the phone said nobody was in the office but she would pass the message along.
