Samyra Snoddy. I've dealt with her twice, first time was over a year ago and I thought "hmm maybe she's just having a bad day" but no I believe that's just her attitude. As I was trying to explain something she literally interrupted me. Working with the public isn't always fun, I understand that, but just being curt from the jump is unnecessary.
