Great Dr. Sheppard 😀😁
They are thorough, accommodating, and detail oriented. The staff is friendly and personable. Dr. Sheppard has a lot of hospital experience and is good at triaging and diagnosing. Their N.P., Paula Watkins, is also experienced and a great addition. Coming from a family of health care workers, I am picky about who I trust my health with. I highly recommend Tuscaloosa Primary Care.
Very knowledgeable, personable and takes plenty of time to address any questions or concerns.
Absolutely the best! So respectful of their patients. 1. You can actually get in touch with a human if you call them. 2. The wait time is very reasonable! 3. They are careful with billing and actually work to understand what your insurance covers. I don't have to call them and argue about bills, which saves me a lot of time.
