Worst experience ever -not trustworthy bought a 2018 diesel Chevy only 80,000 miles on the truck, from Tuscaloosa Chevrolet the middle of April 2021. After leaving the dealership the engine light came on, took it back, they said it needed new injectors. So they put new injectors on it which took several days went to pick it up got down the road engine light came back on. Took it back in, they said all that was needed is to re-gen it. Literally had the worst experience ever with the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. For starters the truck was not ready at the expected time. 1 hour late which was okay I understand things runs over. Upon arrival to pick up my truck, I stood outside of my service rep door Duffy for over 10 mins while he sat and talked on the phone.
