Although the Medical assistant, Justina and Dr. Medina were very pleasant,informative and knowledgeable, your front office staff were very loud and arrogant,very unprofessional and gave a very disappointing outlook on the office. There demeanor lacked professionalism and had no care in the world regarding HIPAA. There mannerisms were unacceptable and degrading.
