The best in class at kicking ass and replacing glass. I never liked the Safelite tune anyways.
I took my auto in to have a small crack in the windshield repaired. The crack and legs was small, less than the size of nickel. After the repair, I expressed my concern to the repairer that the pit and legs were still visible. He said that it was a good repair and all cracks were different. I have had a number of windshields repaired and this is the first time that I still feel the pit and see the legs. I am totally dissatisfied with the repair. I would not recommend them to anyone else.
Great service. They had me in and out with a new windshield in about 20mins at the Kingsport location. I will definitely be back if needed and recommend to others. Thank you all.
