I loved this hike. And I just wanted everyone to know that the road is fixed and the water crossing has concrete now so no problem crossing it with any car. It’s about a two mile drive from the start of gravel road. These directions say the trail head is at the beginning of the gravel road but it’s not.
Easy-Medium trail, took about 2 hours maybe three to do the whole loop. The dirt road up to the trail head was being graded by the construction workers so it was a breeze. On the trail there were some slight up hill grade, rocky areas and some trees down, but nothing crazy. The trail isn’t marked very well but the trail is easy enough to follow, had no cell service up there, and there’s a sign saying the trail is closed, well we walked through and the trail was fine.
