Karl’s integrity is without question. While traveling from out of town, I seized up a bearing on an axle and he came out to take a look. He quickly evaluated the situation and told me that the job was too big for him to complete in a timely manner. He then suggested an RV dealer to complete the repairs. When the dealer had not even begun the work after two weeks, Karl even went to talk to them to find out why it was taking so long. Wow! Turtle is very knowledgeable about RV’s. His work is impeccable! He makes sure that everything is 100% perfect. He is very kind and respectful and a real pleasure to know. We blew a tire and it caused a fair bit of damage to the rear side of the trailer. He came out to my home and put on a new side fender over the rear wheels. He also custom made a metal side cover for between the steps and the rear wheels and painted it that to match the other trim. I hired Karl to get my fridge working again, he made it look easy. Karl also took the extra time to educate my wife and I about our 5th wheel at no extra charge. Great personality, smart guy and I would happily recommend him for your rv repairs. Thanks
I had Karl come out and do a bunch of work on my Travel Trailer. He said he was a red seal tech. He seemed optimistic and I believed him. I had him redo the silicone seals, as they were bubbled. I also had him install a slide cover. He also installed solar and an inverter, and adjusted the awning as it was not lining up in the frame. Literally everything he did I had to have redone at Courtenay RV specialists. Everything. Rave to Karl for helping me figure out why my interior lights weren’t working. Just a fuse which I had originally thought but couldn’t locate the faulty fuse. Had no idea there was another way to get into the panel and voila the faulty fuse. Learn something new everyday. Thanks again Karl
