Do not do business with Turtle Pools. These guys are cheats, unreliable and don’t keep their promises. We’ve been over charged with promises of credits and refunds which they keep promising to fix but never do. They are incompetent, untrustworthy and unpleasant to work with.
If you want your pool looked after find someone else, phone Turtle before we went away for 5 weeks and asked him to check our pool, left out salt and chemicals for him to use, arrived home yesterday 20th March 2024 to a green pool, phoned him this morning and he forgot to do our pool. Not Good Enough. Before we left our pool was in perfect condition, now I have a major job thanks to Turtle.
He over charger ,he drank all the time does drug all the time his a narcissist toward woman he use and abuse woman he is a lier and he just down right rip U of when he rip U of Ur paying for his alcohol and drugs
