Turtles Flowers is the best personal, locally owned, florist in the area! I order for our church as well as personally and have settled on Tiffany at Turtles for every occasion. She has perfected her craft and no two arrangements look the same. She buys most of her flowers from local farms and you can tell love is put into every part of the process.
