So, I went to Turtles for an inspection on my 2021 Subaru outback. They pulled my car in and had it for over an hour. The mechanic came into the office and said my car wouldn't pass because it had a ripped wiper blade. I cleaned the wiper blades the day before goin in for the inspection and they were fine.
