I rented a unit online. It was advertised as 24/7 access. I was coming from out of state on a weekend. I called the Thursday before to confirm I could access it. Nobody answered so I left a message. I did not get a return call. When I arrived after a 15 hour drive, I was not able to access the unit. I had to organize another last minute unit in Richmond. Safe and secure. Easy rental process.
After renting the unit we decided to not use it and the man refunded my money so I consider that to be excellent service. I would have been satisfied with the unit and what I really liked was going to have insurance.
