I hired Turtle Creek to replace my 27 year old deck that was falling apart. They did a great job. If you need landscaping, new decking work, etc., I would highly recommend them, thank you Roberto and Dominic!
I want to give a shout out to Roberto and his team for an amazing job they did at may parents home last month. His team showed up promptly after 10 years since the beautiful transformation of my parents backyard. They came to take care of the interlocking and the fixing of their pond. I would highly recommend them! They are wonderful to deal with, they return calls immediately and their ideas are amazing :)
If you need a landscaping company to throw rocks at your/ your employees vehicles with weedwhackers....these are your guys.
Ridiculous customer service. Unfriendly & argumentative. Can't give a simple, ballpark written estimate without a $500 deposit. When you don't agree with their process they call you 'a joke'. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS! I asked them for a heads up when they were coming to salt the lot! The guy says ok cool I gave him a 10 dollar Timmie's gift card! Now tonight I'm being threatened with the police and having my car impounded! And just very poor management skills! All I asked for was a heads up! They want to fight me! OK game on!
