i called them on a referral to remove and install a new box. said Monday or Tuesday this was the Friday before. I asked if on Sunday they could narrow it down and let me know of the time. No reply and nothing on Monday and nothing on Tuesday here it is Friday. i left a professional text to a very unprofessional company then blocked them. dont waste your time unless your time is not valuable. Pinch a penny might be little pricy but they know customer service. THERE ARE PLENTY OF POOL PEOPLE OUT THERE NOT NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
Turtle Pools did our beautiful pool in 2011. They were excellent to work with, very detailed, very caring. Our pool is pictured in the gallery, the one with the deep terracotta pavers and triple stepped water fall.
