This community is very outdated, and parking has been a constant issue during our time here. If you own a truck, be prepared for problems — despite our truck not being commercial, management repeatedly treated it as if it was and even attempted to have it towed twice. One incident happened on Christmas night, when Bob banged on our door aggressively, smelled of alcohol, and yelled at us while we explained the truck was not staying overnight. I have lived here for 22 years . Moved here in 2003 . It’s a great place to live . The number 1 draw to me is location . The most convenient location in Naples . I have lived in Naples for 31 years and have been coming to Naples since 1989 . 4 grocery stores , Target , Home Depot , Lowe’s , Movie Theater , 2 Sporting Goods stores , multiple restaurants , Banks , Insurance , Auto care , Auto parts stores , Clothing stores , Gas stations & Total Wine and Spirits . This is an absolute JOKE of a community. Joanne is the rudest individual that I have come across in the state of Florida, which says a lot. The management company does not communicate, will enter units without any form of notification, and discriminates against young families. Turtle Lake would love to be a 55+ community, and treats younger owners/renters terribly as a result. Pushing this agenda in anyway possible.
