I love how I could book online, yet when i got there, there's a bit bin out front with a handwritten "this location is permanently closed" note on the door... Ok, so I guess I won't have dinner here.. and then it emails to ask: how was your meal tonight at Turtle Jack's??? 😓
Well, I went to see my brother in law , who's in a band.
I am a loyal customer of this place. And for the first time i had a bad experience. Since the beginning we waited around 5-10 minutes to be seated. Then we sat down at the bar by ourselves. Then the service was OK until i was having my beer and the server took my glass half way. I understand the table to be clean as possible and to remove empty items. But not half way. This could be a misunderstanding or even a robbery, delete the point of view. But at the end i like this place. This is a feedback. I hope the management team... read more
