I came into Turtle Jacks with my young daughter, Alyssa, and we were greeted by my server Mishel, very quickly. Mishel was super kind and attentive, and made sure all my needs were met. She was also super knowledgeable about the menu, quickly answering any questions I had. Not to mention the food and drinks were incredible. If you come to this location, request Mishel, she is lovely. You will not be disappointed.
Have been coming here for 10 plus years and each time it's feels like nothing has changed over the time but not in a bad way. If I want to come to a place where the feeling is warm and welcoming I know where to go. If I feel like getting good food and fast service I know where to go. Shout out to Sandy whok knows me not by just a customer but ask how things are. Big reason why I keep coming back. The staff here take time to talk.
