Never do I give negative reviews but Turtle Jacks deserves it. I’m extremely disappointed with the consistent lack of care at Turtle Jack’s. Every single time I place an order, without fail, something is missing. Whether it’s a side, a whole meal, or a drink, I never receive exactly what I paid for. It’s frustrating to spend money on food and not even get what I ordered. This isn’t a one-off mistake, it happens every 👏 single 👏 time 👏.
