The gentleman that runs the place is full of knowledge and runs a great business. Highly recommend.
I’ve grown up with a Turtle Fountain in my front yard. It is very peaceful to walk outside and see my fountain. It is so serene to wake up in the morning or watch the sunset with this fountain in our pond. Having a fountain in our pond is what makes our house feel like a home. Tom is great to work with and is quick to answer any questions you may have. Everyone should have a Turtle Fountain their pond!
This review is posted a little late but given they still show a 4.2 and last review was years ago, I wanted to ensure I updated anyone looking presently to evaluate this company. Bottom line, this guy Tom does NOT communicate and despite having a text message and short call with him that discussed coming out to provide a basic 'service call' on our two fountains - he absolutely did what he wanted.
