People, this is a cupcake bakery, (hence the name), WHY are you ordering wedding cakes here? You are at fault for NOT doing your homework. There are several other local bakeries that specialize in wedding cakes. By the way, their cupcakes are amazing! That is their speciality. I would have given them 5 stars but I took 2 away for them trying to take on more than they can handle by promising wedding cakes and for making that birthday cake when knowing that the woman's credit card was declined.
I was happy with my experience at Turtle Crossing. I found the store to be clean, handsomely decorated, and comfortable. The attendant was friendly and attentive, and accommodated my request for an iced Americano coffee (which was, likewise, good). Besides being an all-around pleasing coffee shop, it was, also, located in a wonderful, peaceful, quiet square of colorful buildings, where I quite enjoyed sipping my coffee and eating lunch. Bought cupcakes here after tea. Found everything beautifully decorated, I wanted one of everything! What I did buy tasted wonderful!
They ruined a good friends wedding day. The cakes were not even remotely close to the provided picture. We had replacement cakes made at the bake shop of a local grocery store. The grocery store, yes grocery store, cakes blew Turtle Crossing out of the water. Don't waste your time and money.
