The phone lines are out at this office often. When we are having issues IE currently WIC card isn't working at stores no one can be reached. The person in charge of my case has no way to view emails at my last appointment, so I am not hopeful they will see my email and I am not hopeful they will resolve the issue before the month is up for Aug. You are in charge of so many children and mothers getting food, please do better and run your office like it matters.
I keep calling and the number doesn’t work and when I walk to them they get mad and ask why I didn’t call them
The employee was very ignorant and tried to talk over me. I do not recommend having her conduct your telephone conference for your benefits.
