Business can’t stay open, the new businesses coming in can’t sustain all shoppers. Becoming a dangerous location

This mall is old rundown place that is dangerous. They allow businesses to harass and chance customers through the mall in order to sell their products. This happened to me. I felt like I was going to get robbed and attacked. I reported the occurrence to management and they acted like they didn’t care.

My 17 y/o daughter was escorted out to her car 6:30pm because she is under 18 and trying to shop with friends. She was so embarrassed. This YEP policy is crazy. So people under 18 cannot shop at the mall Friday and Saturday after 5pm without an adult. A fun, secure place to spend a Friday or Saturday evening, eating and shopping. This is just crazy. We drive an hour and a half to this mall to enjoy our time. We will be finding another place for our business.

So, 3-4 bus loads of church youth & adults come to Turtle Creek Mall to shop, spend money in their stores, eat and sing a song publicly. And they are turned down after requesting the opportunity to sing a song. Sing..... A...... Song...... So No.... I would not recommend spending a dime in any stores within their shopping center. In fact, my recommendation would be for the youth & adults to return the goods purchased.

This has to be the worst place to get your hair cut. I went there twice. I had to go back in the first time for the lady to fix my sons hair. An when I took him back in after the second time they cut his hair to fix it. Started complaining about it. Now this is a simple fade for a little boy. I can do better than this. They get their employees from Lord knows where. WILL NEVER Go BACK.
