I love my complex and the managers are great, however, as many complaints as I've made towards my upstairs neighbor are still an ongoing issue after a year, to the point that anytime I try to handle it myself “he” makes it a point to make it even noisier, last night was the final straw. Turtle Creek Apartments in Mandeville, LA should be condemned. Not only is it the worst place to live, but the management is horrible. I lived there a year, and couldn't wait to move. Nothing worked in the apartment, and when I contacted maintenance, it took months to repair. So called repairs were made with aluminum foil and duct tape. Residents are allowed to use drugs and smoke in stairwell. They are also allowed to let their pets go to bathroom on the lawn and no one picks up behind them.
