Please do yourself a favor and avoid this business while trying to enjoy beautiful Longboat Key. Stayed here years and had a decent experience, but things have gone downhill in recent years. The management uses bad business practice on every level. My family reserved a condo a year in advance, only to have it cancelled without any notification from the management. Love this place! My family and I have come here two summers in a row, staying in villa 81 and units 61 and 62. It's such a gorgeous piece of property, and the rooms are clean and cozy. It’s such a pretty walk to the beach from the rooms, and there are things to do there as well, like a pool and shuffleboard. Can’t wait to come back!
We stayed in Unit 403 - the view is incredible! The building itself is in good repair and very clean. The front desk people and maintenance staff are very knowledgeable about the area and helpful. There is plenty of parking. The Gulf views and sound of the surf are mesmerizing. The unit is up to date and quite comfortable. Sarasota and Bradenton are just minutes away. A very nice and quiet location with none of the crowds.
