My family and I have been coming to Turtle Craw Inn for the week of the Fourth of July for almost 15 years, and it has always been a place where we create wonderful family memories. This year was a little different. We witnessed some guests not following the rules and, at times, acting as if the rules did not apply to them. I’ve been staying at Turtle Crawl Inn with my family for almost 15 years! During our most recent stay for the 4th of July weekend, I witnessed a large group causing serious disruption. I could be wrong, but I believe the previous reviews posted by Alex, Lidia, and Yosiel come from members of that large group. What I personally witnessed is that they overcrowded rooms, pretty much dominated the common areas of the resort, and even held an unauthorized beach wedding near turtle nests. I spent the 4th of July here with my family. We’ve been coming for years, but honestly, it has changed so much for the worse. A lady who seemed to be the manager harassed us multiple times, claiming we couldn't be on the beach or the sand after 9 PM. From 10 AM to 10 PM, she kept coming out just to count the people on the beach. It ruined our stay and made us feel terrible, especially since we paid a lot of money for our room.
La atención de la manager, Pésima es una señora muy desagradable ...otros años he visitado y me he sentido muy bien atendida pero en esta ocasión fue lo Peor.
