I absolutely LOVE my job here... Management Kindra and house Management Fred are the best always willing to help you with any situatioin... they really care about their employees which is needed for us to do the job we do... To feel appreciated... This is by far the hardest work I've ever done at the same time the most rewarding work I've ever done... I recently visited a friend who is one of their residents. She said that she’s happy living here and that it feels as close to being at her own home as you can get. Her room and the common areas were clean and orderly. The staff was courteous, attentive, and eager to lend a helping hand. The other residents appeared healthy and happy as well. I was very pleased with my visit. Thanks for taking such amazing care of her!
The management expects you to come in even after having a seizure I got fired for not coming in after words they don't enough staff it's a big safety risk if one falls while cooking your fault
This place is a nightmare my girlfriend worked here and the have combative residence and was lied to by kindra her best friend lost her baby due to being hit in the stomach. And they charge you 60 bucks for a missed shift when she gave them a 24 hour notice and tried to find coverage. Alot of staff are lazy with there Job and she had to do a job for 2 people only making 12an hour for 6 years of experience wold not recommended anyone to work here or you'll last a month
